Delicious almond raspberry French toast to kick off your morning!
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
2 eggs or replacement
1/4 cup maple syrup (or less to taste)
1/4 cup coconut oil, liquid
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
6-8 brioche toast slices
shredded almonds
more fresh raspberries to top
Preparation
Mix ingredients in a bowl until well combined
Dip toast into mixture covering both sides
Lay toast onto parchment paper lined baking tray
Sprinkle with shredded almonds (optional)
Top with more fresh raspberries (optional - or prior to serving)
Bake for about 25 mins at 375F or until start to become fragrant, brown
